These videos use your own body weight which allows you do these workouts at home or on the go. Some videos will give you the option of using light hand weights for added intensity.
1SOLIDCORE workout videos are designed for you to be able to do them anytime and anywhere. Each workout ranges from 20 minutes to 30 minutes long - with more workouts being added monthly.These workouts are for everyone: whether your a beginner or intermediate or advanced.
Each workout consists of 7 exercises from cardio to abs, upper body, and lower body.
You will also have access to my Healthy Recipe Blog that will help keep you on track.
Any Subscription package 3 months or more you have full access to videos and recipes along with daily motivation but you will also get your own personal portal through Total PT Fitness where we can communicate. You will get a meal plan along with a monthly calendar that I can input exactly what your workouts should be. Questionnaires and many handouts.

You will be able to monitor your progress along with me checking in on you by how well you complete a workout. Example: Workout one you only can do half of the reps in the amount of time allowed. This is allowed and that's fine. Weeks later you will go back and repeat this same workout and you will be able to see how much you have improved by the amount of reps you can do this time around.
