As a trainer, I will offer you the knowledge and ability to utilize proper form and function when it comes to exercise. I specialize in weight loss and management so I understand macronutrients and their relationship in getting you the results and performance you desire. I will teach you about what foods to choose from in a variety of settings and the best way to figure out your personal nutritional needs.
I will be there to keep you motivated on those days when you feel less than stellar and hold you accountable for your sessions.
